Hi this is the place for fitness so get ready. This week I will explain how to
get and stay fit. First the basics. To be/stay fit you need to be active 30mins
4or5 days a week. When I say active I mean like in basketball , running , swimming
,and skating. I dont mention some sports because they aren't active enough. For
instance baseball and football well in these sports you run for a while then stop
wait for awhile and maybe run again . The amount of energy you use isn't constant
it needs to be. Well with that info get up and go do something !!!
